What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, age, photos, bio, preferences and every other profile detail
- Your matches, likes and passes
- Your messages, voice notes and chat images
- Your verification selfie, if it hasn't already been deleted (we delete those after 30 days anyway)
- Your location history, settings and notification tokens
- Your sign-in account, so the same Google account, email or phone starts fresh if you ever come back
When

What we keep
- Reports made by or about you, and records of bans for serious rule-breaking, for up to 12 months, to keep other users safe and to stop banned people from returning.
- Records of Soulmate Gold purchases, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Messages you sent may still appear on the other person's phone until their app refreshes.
Have Soulmate Gold?
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Other ways to delete
- In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account.
- By email: write to support@dreamithq.com from the email or phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Soulmate account". We'll confirm once it's done.
