In the app, tap Report on their profile, chat or call. You can also email us with their name and screenshots.

Delete it in the app, or sign in on our website and confirm.

Report anything involving a minor. If a child is in danger, call 999 first.

Tell us how you signed up (Google, email or phone) and the email or number you used.

Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. For refunds, Google Play's policy applies.

Ask for a copy of your data or a correction. Write from the email or phone linked to your account.

Soulmate staff will never ask for your password, a code, or money.
Never send money, gifts or bank details to someone you met online, however convincing the story.
Keep chatting in the app until you trust someone; it's where our safety checks can help you.
Meet first in a busy public place and tell a friend or family member where you'll be.

Soulmate 2.0 is coming soon as a free update to the existing app on Google Play. You won't need a new account: sign in the way you always have.
